The First Congregational Church’s annual fair will be held on the Wiscasset Common as it has been for over 35 years. Summerfest is a shopper’s paradise!  Church members have been collecting everything from soup bowls to nutcrackers for the giant yard sale. The Organ Society ladies have been knitting and sewing items for sale, the jewelry table will have jewelry in all prices, plus the book table will have books, puzzles, and more. Plans are underway for the dog parade, children’s games, and, to top it off, the On-Common Café will serve your favorite outdoor foods while you listen to music from local performers. 

Proceeds from Summerfest are donated to local outreach organizations at a special Sunday in October set aside for the presentations. For more information contact the church office at 882-7544.
