Wiscasset Schoonerfest

Wiscasset Schoonerfest commemorates the berth of the last of the four-masted schooners - Hesper and Luther Little - which for years rested in Wiscasset harbor, providing residents and visitors with views into a water and wind-powered era long gone. The community remembers these iconic “Wiscasset Schooners” in song and story while Schoonerfest brings to life Wiscasset’s distinguished shipbuilding era, including the remarkably preserved history and architecture of our Village.
